Program Rules – Terms & Conditions REHAU EDGESM Customer Loyalty Program

The REHAU EDGE customer loyalty program rewards REHAU EDGE members for REHAU purchases. REHAU EDGE membership and its benefits are offered at the discretion of REHAU.

Participation in REHAU EDGE is subject to these terms and conditions, rules, regulations, policies and procedures, collectively (the "Program Rules"). REHAU has the sole discretion to interpret and apply the Program Rules.

The accumulation of points is subject to these Program Rules. Each member is responsible for reading the Program Rules in order to understand his or her rights, responsibilities and status in the program. Program status and point structure details are available on the program website at www.na.rehau.com/edge.

REHAU has the right to change or amend the Program Rules and regulations, or limit, modify or cancel, benefits, modify the point structure, or modify member levels at any time, upon written notice. In no event will changes to the Program Rules affect points already earned but changes may affect future purchase amounts, or the ability to obtain certain benefits. REHAU may, among other things: (a) increase or decrease the amount of points required for the redemption of a benefit; (b) withdraw, limit, modify, or cancel any benefit; (c) restrict the continued availability of benefits; (d) change program benefits, adjust conditions of participation, modify the rules for earning, redeeming, retaining, or forfeiting benefits, or amend the rules governing the use of benefits.

Additionally, REHAU has the right to terminate the REHAU EDGE program by providing written notice to its members one month in advance of program termination. In that event, the right to increase status and redeem benefits may end one month after notification, regardless of the extent of member participation in the program.

Only contractor companies are eligible for REHAU EDGE membership, and each company may maintain only one account.

After applying to REHAU EDGE, a membership number will be assigned to each applicant company. Upon receiving this number, the company becomes eligible to earn points.

A member may redeem points for benefits and/or partial benefits available on the REHAU EDGE website.

Membership in REHAU EDGE, including any points that may have been issued to a member, may be revoked or suspended at REHAU’s sole discretion if a member falls into bad standing with their wholesaler.

Points are accrued based on purchases of REHAU products contained in the REHAU Building Solutions Catalog (Lit. No. 855.312) located at, https://www.rehau.com/downloads/453672/rehaubuildingsolutionsproductcatalog-855312-rehau.pdf, excluding any tax or freight paid on purchases.

If purchases on invoices submitted to REHAU are returned to the place of purchase for any reason, the return value will be deducted from the REHAU purchase amount.

Accrued points do not constitute property of the member. Points accrued by a REHAU EDGE member are for the member's benefit only and may not be transferred to another member.

Points earned and benefits redeemed through participation in REHAU EDGE may be subject to tax liability. Any tax liability, including disclosure, connected with the receipt or use of REHAU EDGE benefits is the responsibility of the member.

In the case of fraud or abuse involving REHAU EDGE, member level status or benefit redemption, REHAU has the right to take appropriate administrative and/or legal action. All points earned through REHAU EDGE may be forfeited and the account closed.

You may be provided with the ability to use usernames, passwords, or other codes or devices to gain access to restricted portions of the REHAU EDGE website ("access codes"). The content contained in such restricted areas is confidential to REHAU, and is provided to you for your personal use only. We reserve the right to prohibit the use of such access codes on your behalf by third parties where we determine that such use interferes with our site's operation or results in commercial benefits for other entities to our detriment.

To keep you apprised of your REHAU EDGE membership status, it is important that we send you certain program information necessary for administration such as printed or email marketing materials from REHAU The information you provide to us when enrolling in REHAU EDGE and redeeming benefits is processed in our computer systems both in the country where this information has been collected and in our primary computer system in the United States. As a participant in REHAU EDGE, you consent to receive all of the kinds of information described above.

The awarding of REHAU EDGE points and redemption of points for benefits is void where prohibited by law.

Employees of REHAU and their subsidiaries are ineligible to participate in REHAU EDGE.

Additional Rules

1. Member company must submit valid invoices from an authorized REHAU distributor in order to earn points for purchases.

2. Company must be an officially qualified contractor located in the U.S. or Canada to be eligible for membership in REHAU EDGE.

3. Invoice uploads require image or file of document to verify

4. Invoice uploads are subject to approval by REHAU EDGE administration to verify REHAU purchase amounts

5. Invoice data must be uploaded within 90-days of purchase to be eligible

6. Membership levels reset January 1 of each year

7. Benefit points do not expire. In the event the program is terminated, members will be able to redeem accumulated points for REHAU products or other benefits
